Before committing to a booking at Layside, please be aware of the cancellation terms:
We require full payment for your accommodtion in order to secure the reservation. This can be made using credit/debit card or via BACS transfer. If payment is made via BACS transfer, your reservation will be confirmed on receipt of the payment. All credit card payments are made securely using Stripe Payment – we do not digitally store card details.
Customer cancellations can have a large impact on us due to the nature of our small family-run business and we require full payment at the time of booking. Late cancellations may mean that we are unable to rebook the room, therefore any cancellations made within 28 days prior to your planned date of arrival will be subject to a 50% refund. Cancellations made outside 28 days prior to your planned date of arrival will be refunded but may be subject to a charge of up to 15% of the room cost to cover card fees already paid by Layside.
Although highly unlikely, should it become necessary for us to cancel your booking we will contact you immediately. In this event, a full refund will be made.
We cannot cater for any specific food allergens. Please speak to us if you have any concerns. Vegetarian meal options may be available with prior arrangement.
Evening meals can be pre-booked at the time of your reservation or by giving us 24 hours notice. All meals are made to order and availability cannot be guaranteed with late notice, although we will always try to accommodate any late request.
